Our Team
Diana
Diana accepted the position as practice manager at DFWOMS fall of 2012, and has over twenty years of experience in the dental profession. She graduated from the same university as Dr. Franco, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, with a degree in general dentistry, and successfully managed her own dental and cosmetic practice in Colombia for thirteen years. Diana moved to the United States before her third child was born and decided to be a stay at home mom at that time. She has been in the U.S since 2003 with her children, with the dreams that she would one day rejoin her passion in the dental profession. She has become a huge asset to our practice and we are very grateful to have Diana managing the team with the determination and enthusiasm that she possesses.
Liz
Liz joined the DFWOMS team in April of 2016, but has been in the dental profession working from corporate offices and in private practices since 2009. She comes with a background in general dentistry, oral surgery, insurance and billing and debt recovery. She was promoted to assistant manager in 2021. You can find Liz traveling between our locations assisting patients and our team. Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her husband and three daughters, loves drawing, crafting and food tasting.
Chris
Chris joined DFWOMS in September 2020 as a Patient Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in May 2021. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, he enjoys managing social media, marketing, and connecting with our referring offices. Outside of work, Chris enjoys working out, running his photography business, and spending time with his dog Milo, friends, and family.
Rachel
Rachel has been with DFWOMS since 2005, with several years of previous experience in dentistry. She is certified in phlebotomy, has her AAOMS insurance coding certificate, as well as her RDA, BLS, ACLS, and DAANCE certifications. Rachel is experienced in insurance and billing, and in checking our patients in and out of our practice. She is cross-trained in surgical assisting and conducting consultations and is a great asset to our practice. Rachel is over all our Ortho and TMJ cases, making sure that our patients get the best insurance coverages and help possible. Rachel has been married for 14 years and pastors a church with her husband in Desoto, Texas, which reflects her passion to help and serve other people. Rachel’s first passions are her three children, with whom she enjoys spending quality time and homeschooling. She also enjoys reading and traveling within the U.S.
Yaniris
Yaniris joined the DFWOMS team in June 2024. She was born and raised in Cuba, where she built a professional career in the finance field. In January 2022, she immigrated to the United States. She holds a CPC certification and has completed AAOMS courses to further strengthen her skills and transition into her current role as a Medical Coordinator. She is responsible for scheduling hospital surgeries and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our patients. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to a 10-year-old daughter and enjoys dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
Jaxon
Saul
Saul joined the DFW OMS Family in August 2021. As our Insurance & Billing Coordinator, he consistently exceeds expectations in meeting the needs of our patients. He is a dedicated family man who values time with his son and wife. He takes pleasure in sharing his experiences with his family, whether it’s watching anime and movies or taking relaxing car rides with music. He is passionate about striking a balance between work, family, and personal enjoyment
Jacky
Jacky joined the DFWOMS team in August 2025. She’s the friendly face behind the desk verifying insurance benefits. As our Irving Insurance Coordinator, Jacky brings the perfect blend of patience, positivity, and a great sense of humor—because let’s face it, insurance can be confusing, and a good laugh makes everything better! Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time alone to recharge, and—did we mention?—more shopping!
Jasmine
Jasmine joined the DFWOMS family in April 2024. With a heart full of compassion and a smile that puts everyone at ease, Jasmine is the friendly face that welcomes you the moment you walk through our doors. As our dedicated Patient Coordinator, she brings warmth, empathy, and exceptional people skills to every interaction—ensuring that each patient feels heard, supported, and cared for. Outside the office, Jasmine enjoys nature walks, being active in her church and spending time with her nieces and fur babies which reflect her nurturing spirit and deep connection to those around her.
Lulu
Lulu joined the DFWOMS team in October of 2024 as our Patient Coordinator and is now the Treatment Coordinator at our Irving office. With a heart full of compassion and a mind built for organization, Lulu is the friendly face guiding patients through their dental care journey. Whether she’s coordinating appointments, explaining procedures, or helping navigate insurance, she does it all with grace and genuine care—ensuring that every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their treatment plan. Outside of work, Lulu enjoys spending time with her loved ones, doing arts and crafts, and traveling.
Yisel
Yisel joined the DFWOMS team in June of 2025. She is the friendly voice behind the phone and the master of appointment juggling—with a heart as big as her laugh! Yisel serves as the Patient Coordinator at our Irving office, where she enjoys helping patients with a warm and welcoming smile. In her spare time, she enjoys doing Pilates, watching soap operas, and spending quality time with her beautiful family and her dog. Come see her in Irving!
Edgar
Edgar has been with DFWOMS since 2010. He is ACLS certified, DAANCE certified, and is a registered dental assistant. Edgar has privileges at Baylor University Medical Center, where he assists Dr. Franco in the larger hospital cases. He strives to maintain great patient care as the lead surgical technician and is bilingual in English/Spanish, making it easier to communicate with our patients.
Edgar is a big fan of UFC and contact sports, and he is also a talented artist! He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, nieces, and nephews.
Brandon
Ninel
Ninel joined the DFWOMS team in 2025. She enjoys taking care of patients, learning new things. During her free time she enjoys to relax, have a self-care days and go on walks. She also loves jogging, family time and attending church on Sundays.
ENNIS
Maria
Maria joined DFWOMS in July 2025. She has been in the dental field since 2019. From 2022 to 2025, she took a break from dentistry to work as a flight attendant. Although she loved traveling and meeting new people, she decided to hang up her wings to focus on her family. Maria loves that her role at DFWOMS allows her to continue connecting with, caring for, and helping people every day. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and getting involved in her church.
Nohelis
Nohelis joined the DFWOMS team in January 2023. She is the patient coordinator at the Ennis location where she loves helping our patients feel comfortable and cared for. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, being with the farm animals and family. Come see her in Ennis!
Elizabeth
Elizabeth joined the DFWOMS team in September 2025 but has been in the dental field for seven years. One of the things she loves most about her profession is the personal and professional growth she has experienced while working in various roles throughout the years.
She enjoys verifying patients’ benefits prior to their appointments and feels truly grateful to be part of such a wonderful dental team.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys shopping, staying active, and spending time with her family and her two little boys.
Anjelica
Anjelica joined the DFWOMS family in August 2019. She is DAANCE certified and works from our Ennis location, which is also her hometown. Go Lions! When not taking care of our amazing patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband (her high school sweetheart).
She has two dogs that are basically her children. She also enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
MESQUITE
Ingrid
Ingrid joined the DFWOMS team in June 2021. She has been in the dental field for 7 years now and loves it! She is a proud mom of four amazing kids, enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family, and enjoying fun outings with friends. She is also a huge sports fan—especially when it comes to cheering for her favorite team. Go Cowboys!
Analie
Analie joined the DFWOMS team in June 2023. She has been in the dental field as insurance coordinator for 2 years. She loves traveling, spending time with her husband and friends, and making memories wherever she goes. When she is not out exploring, you’ll find her hanging out with her fur baby, Biscuit — the cutest little companion ever!
Ana
Ana joined DFWOMS in July 2021. She is the patient coordinator in the Mesquite location, where she enjoys helping our patients with a warm and welcoming smile. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies and camping with her beautiful family. She loves spending time with her dog Padfoot (the love of her life). Come see her in Mesquite!
Angelica
Angelica joined the DFW team in November of 2016. She has been an RDA for the past 9 years, and 8 of those were in oral surgery. She is DAANCE certified and continues to deliver exceptional care to her patients. Angelica grew up in the small town of Avalon, Texas, and she is a country girl at heart!
In her spare time, when she is not delivering smiles and warming the hearts of her patients, she loves to watch her son play baseball! Angelica enjoys shopping, golfing, food tasting, and listening to music.
